Sroven herbal tea fiber is a new type of fiber that combines cutting-edge technology and practical functions. By selecting and extracting tea leaves residue, a tea polyphenol extract rich in various effective ingredients is obtained. Then, through fractional distillation technology, it enables precise separation of high-purity tea polyphenols EGCG. To ensure its stability and activity, adsorption protection and heat stress protection techniques are used for treatment. At the same time, ultra-fine powder is applied to some raw materials. Crushing further enhances its reactivity. The treated EGCG is then mixed with other additives to prepare EGCG modified masterbatch, and obtain specific shapes through extrusion molding. Finally, after spinning processing, it is divided into EGCG modified polyester filament and staple fibers, as these fibers interweave to form Sroven herbal tea fibers. It not only has a continuous cooling sensation, but also achieves antibacterial function with tea polyphenols, and has equipped with excellent moisture absorption and sweat wicking performance.
